At The Qld AIPP’s recent Hair Of The Dog conference in Brisbane, a print of my image “Weightless” was included in the Charity Print Auction to help raise money for the victims of the recent natural disasters in Queensland through the Premier’s Disaster Relief Fund.
The bidding took place on the evening of the 5th February, and included works donated by some of Australia’s best-known photographers. The public auction raised over $10,000 in an hour and the subsequent silent auction and raffles added another $5,000 to the total raised.
After the auction I was approached by a number of people who were bidding for my print, disappointed that they missed out. So for anyone keen for a print, I have the following offer…
